Case Results - Comm v. T.S.
Defendant was charged with driving with a suspended license due to a DUI Conviction. Client was facing a mandatory 90 day jail sentence if found guilty of the traffic offense. I negotiated with PennDot and the arresting officer for a reduction in the offense that only included a fine and no further suspension.
