WASHINGTON — Every year, more than 75,000 eyewitnesses identify suspects in criminal investigations. Those identifications are wrong about a third of the time, a pile of studies suggest.
Today was one of those days: Preliminary Hearing at 8:00, Jail Visit for DUI Client, Traffic Court at 10 for a driver involved in accident while visiting Pittsburgh, back to the office, file Bond Reduction Motions, Return calls for possible Med Mal, Personal Injury and Public Intoxication Clients, then work on motion to dismiss for a homicide case.
