Defendant charged with Traffic Offense of 1542(a), driving while license suspended, non- DUI related. Defendant received citation and pled guilty via mail without consulting an attorney. Guilty plea requires an additional mandatory one year license suspension.

Result - Appeals guilty plea and negotiates a plea to reduce charge. No license suspension.

Defendant was charged with Rape, Sexual Assault, IDSI and Criminal Mischief. Defendant was facing maximum penalties in excess of 20 years in prison if convicted of all offenses.

Result - Negotiated Plea Agreement: Rape and IDSI withdrawn. Defendant pled guilty to Sexual assault and received 5 years probation.

Case Results - Comm v. T.S.

Defendant was charged with driving with a suspended license due to a DUI Conviction. Client was facing a mandatory 90 day jail sentence if found guilty of the traffic offense. I negotiated with PennDot and the arresting officer for a reduction in the offense that only included a fine and no further suspension.
