Defendant was charged with Rape, Sexual Assault, IDSI and Criminal Mischief.
Defendant was facing maximum penalties in excess of 20 years in prison if
convicted of all offenses.
Result - Negotiated Plea Agreement: Rape and IDSI withdrawn. Defendant pled
guilty to Sexual assault and
received 5 years probation.
